I loved the cleanliness of my room at the Palace Inn. Everything felt fresh, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. The location is fantastic, with numerous stores and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient. However, I did face some hiccups during check-in. it took longer than expected. The shower in my room could’ve been cleaner, and I found limited towels for two people. Staff were mostly polite, but the overall service could be more attentive to housekeeping to ensure a seamless stay. Despite these issues, I'll consider returning due to the welcoming atmosphere.

Checked-in experiences were frustrating with a room door that didn’t function properly and a serious cleanliness issue, including an unkempt shower and broken toilet paper holder. Limited supplies like half a roll of toilet paper, insufficient towels, and an unchanging trash situation were unpleasant surprises. To top that, the microwave and TV were both out of order.

We had a pretty good time visiting the nearby Indian Shores Golf Course. it was fun and family-friendly. The place felt secure, which was important as we had two dogs and wanted them to be safe. The staff were accommodating, especially with our family's needs.

It was just a nice choice for a rapid stop in Crosby with real value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked for extra pillows. Bring your own snacks. the vending machines are often empty.
